Need amp to power two kicker 10" l7 subs?

What Amp can I use to power two of these subs? I'm looking for a two channel amp that will provide 500-600 watt RMS to each sub. I think I need a two channel at least that's what crutchfield told me, can I use a mono block? Amp suggestions please Thanks ps they are running at 2 ohm and they are DVC subs
 
any kicker or fosgate amp. i would go with mono and bridge them down to one ohm.
