Ok, so the E61 & N73 are gone, the only S60 3rd i have is the Nokia 5500 Sport and I just might also sell this one... what to do know??? Or rather which one to get now???

I will not have any S60 lower than 3rd ed. and I still cant find the N95...

N93- price is still not very attractive, it will take a chunk off from my N95 savings...

N80- is just not for me...

the others are simply not yet available... and the other E-series are so boring that the only one that excites me is the E90... what to do now???

unfortunately for you, from the way you state things, you will have no new phone for a few months. unless for some reason or another, nokia decides to release this next wave of phones in record time.

Why not bypass the n95 and get the N93i and wait for the E90. Best of both worlds with that combo. 3.2mp vs 5.0mp is not a big deal considering Sharps 3.2's look like a fn SLR. I have to say again how much I wish the 5500 was available in NA tri as it's the most insane phone i've ever seen from the links you posted in the other thread.

yeah i'd ditch the 5500 and get another N73, hold onto that till the FP2 devices start dropping later this year

Remember, folks, we're only a few months into this year, you don't wanna blow your wad on an N95 when the rest of the stuff hasn't even been announced yet.

I'm keeping my N73 until the first US 3G S60 device, and even then, i'm going to be a bit picky. If I can snag the E90 for ~$800, I might do that, but I'm interested to see what's coming down the line.

lol...I was referring to Rcaddens comments on waiting for fp2 devices expected to be announced later this year....of course I'm sure I'll be getting one of those as the N95 will probably be bought and sold within 3 months. I'm still excited about it but I know something bigger and better (and more refined) will be around the corner. I think fp2's sound so appealing as Nokia has openly commented on the fact that they have been working on better RAM efficiency....meaning....they've been listening to consumers....and themselves as i'm sure their all nokia users anyway. FP2 is going to be the one but i'll be damned if I miss out on the N95. Too much time waiting...if it's hype then it's b/s/t or fleby.

The browser for FP1 is supposed to be more RAM efficient too, so there's still hope left. I wish Nokia had at the very least released ONE FP1 device before announcing FP2 because it just killed any desire for me to want FP1 at all when I first heard about it. Why settle for 1 when 2's right around the corner?

But, realistically, FP1 is going to have a lot of new, neat things on it over...FP0...(?)...that will keep my interest until the next wave of devices. I went from the N70>N80>E70>N73 over the course of the summer alone. I'm not afraid to swap phones when the bigger and better start coming around again.

For the topic, I'd say grab another N73, be it in another color variant or even with the ME fittings. Someone (Rcadden?) said that the N73 was the 6620 of 3rd Edition and I have to agree.

indeed, the N73 ME is not much different from the std n73... and still cant find N95...

i will not wait for the FP2 devices, these will come out like late this year or early next year, so it is either N95 or E90 (the E90 being a BIG Definite this year)...

i just wish the N91 8GB price plummets like a shooting star... then it wont be eating up my N95 & E90 savings...

stuck with the 5500... if i cant wait, then i have to decide between the E50 & N80, i dont know, i just wish i can wait that long, cmon N95!

rapolu, are you using that n91 on cingular right now? how's the reception and where do you live? i am dying to get that phone right now, but i don't think i can handle it on cingular. thinking about making the move to tmo, but i heard the service is not as good...

lol...I think we're all just growing impatient. It was slated for a Q1 release and thus far their well within their quote. If the UK starts offering it on contract mid March then Nokia lived up to their initial launch date. They never said an unlocked version would be available in numbers Q1. It could be deep into Q2 before we can get this puppy at a reasonable price...and that would stink.
