What kind of assbackwards idiot would actually use disposable AA batteries on something that would be used as frequently as the 360 controller?

At least the PS3 controllers come with built in battery packs.
 
It comes with a cable in the box. But you're right, adding the cable would have probably costed them a nickel so there isn't really much of an excuse. Nor is there one with the 360 controllers.
 
And the SNES was the first one to put them up there, in a more primitive form (only one set, rather than two) in the first place, but so fucking what?

EDIT: Saturn's controller did? Odd, I thought the SNES did.. Either way, so the fuck what?
