my Orion hcca 15.2 is makin a weird noise?

First off let me say this sub is not nlown at all the coil spider surround and cone are alll good what i did notice is that the backplate had shifted some how (the pole that sticks up from the magnet) I tried centering it best i could but it still makes sound lke somethings rubbing is there anyway to fix it please advise
