My cd player keeps skipping due to bass?

I have 2 cvx 12s in 1.5 ft3 each (sealed) with 800 rms to each in a single cab chevy (they are nasty) My dash moves almost quarter of and inch, and skips the cd player. I have looked for anti skip cd players, and have thought about going to a touch screen, but I am not sure what to get. I have tried padding the back with cardboard, pillow stuffing, anything I can think of, but nothing helps. My friend told me to turn the bass down and I told him I should slap him in the face for saying such things. If you have any ideas or know if the touch screen will not skip, or know of where i can find anti skip cd player on the web I would be very thankful.
 
I'd suggest getting a new head unit that playes music from an i-pod or from an SD chip. This should eliminate the skipping and get you great sound. CD's are so 2000.
