...about my accomplishments? He will go on and on to HIS boss about how this person does that and this for him from other departments he interacts with and how wonderful they are, but he never tells his boss about my accomplishments and they are many ( automated a lot of systems saving the company hours of work, created all our documentation, work over time, just to name a few, etc...)
This depresses me and I am finding myself de-motivated.
I saw him in the hall and I smiled and said hi and he frowned and won't even talk to me.
I am very good at what I do and I don't understand.
It makes me want to quit or leave the company (in fact I am actively looking for another job because of it.)
He never gives feedback good or bad. If I make a small mistake (to HIS MANY huge ones) he will start yelling at me in front of all.
I don't get it.
If I am doing something wrong, I don't know what because he never talks to me, never gives feedback, never gives assignments (I have to find my own work 75% of the time). I even heard him say "I don't know what she is working on" at times - well, why don't you ask -duh!
What do you think of this situation?
I am trying to find another job, but in the meantime, how do I deal with all this?
