My amp goes on protect?

i have a crunch PZi 2250
its a 1000 watt amp
and it was working fine and everything then it went on protect and it stays there.

when i reconect it it goes on green then goes on protect at times
i know its not my wires or my stereo because they are brand new and they work with other amps.

i opened the amp and everything looks clean and doesnt smell weird at all.

so the thing is that when i connect it, everything turns on well it just doesnt give power to the subs.

the subs are brand new as well.
please help
i live in chicago
so if anyone knows a place to get it repaired i would apreciate it.

It does have fuses and they were replaced
 
Does your mp have fuses on the side of it? If it does check to make sure none of them have popped. Double check your wires, especially the ground wire.
