My Fair Lady/Breakfat at Tiffanys (Hepburn at the height of her game).

Trainspotting and Shawshank(90s cinema par excellence!)

be pretty hard to improve any of them, if you disregard sfx
would beg to differ on Return of The Jedi though, think even Sith might be better than that in some ways!
