Movies so bad you've walked out of the cinema.

Why go to the movie if you did not like the anti English stuff. Its about Scotland wanting freedom from England, what did you think they would say about England in the film.

does anyone actually bother to find out what they're expecting, or what kind of film they're going to see?

Natural Born Killers? Quite shallow but compulsive and ground breaking at the time.
Day after tomorrow? A Hollywood disaster SFX movie - escapism anyone?
Spiderman? Finally a decent enjoyable if simple plot based superhero movie....

...and on and on. If you really love movies, you'll know what you're going to see, though I'll not argue that Oceans 12 must have been a wind up.....

I've only seen thet first and second Blade films. Not sure if I want to see the third, given the reviews but I might give it a try.

I absolutely loved the first two. Perfect ridiculous action movies :)

And who doesn't like Romy and Michelle!?? *

It is genius! Genius!

I walked out of "Quills" right before the end because the violence was really making me feel ill.

I nearly walked out of "Queen of the Damned" within the first twenty minutes, but my gf of the time would have got the hump had I done so, so I endured it. It got slightly better, although not much.

I've only walked out once in my life & yes it was "Moulin Rouge". I am a big musicals fan & have loaRAB of old classics on video (& DVD when I can get them). Hubby & I go to the theatre regularly & we belong to an Operatic Society too.
We thought this film would be right up our street but it just made me cringe, I kept looking at my then engrossed partner thinking he must like it & I did not want to be selfish & ask to leave. I kept wondering how the hell I could manage over an hour more of such torture. Luckily I saw him grimmace when she was on the swing thing & I said "you don't like it do you?". He shame-facedly shook his head. "Thank God" says I & out we scarpered for a lovely, romantic Indian meal.

The Constant Gardener

We were meant to be going to see In Her Shoes, but got wrong screen room thingy lol left after 20 mins. Had to stand on the plastic nacho tray and make huge crunch noise lol funny in a had to be there way!

The Day After Tomorrow... Bueller, anyone? :)

somewhat painfull to sit all the way through. I would almost post this to the "most dissappointing" thread but I was forced to go see it, so therefore wasn't expecting so much out of it.

The only film I've regretted paying money to see at the cinema was Romy And Michelle's High School Reunion. But i've never walked out of a film and can't imagine I ever would.

Castaway with Tom Hanks .. just boring .. didn't actually walk out, just went to the toilet for a very long time (and when I came back he was still trying to swim away from the chuffing island!)

elf is class and mean girls is a great movie, they are just plain funny :p

ps moulin rouge is a super show and is well worth watching again and again.
