Movie that portrays Latin-American culture accurately?

I need to watch a movie for my Spanish class that portrays a character of Latin-American ethnic background accurately and how others would typically interact. It can be any type whether Comedy, Romance, Action, etc... Some movies that were suggested to me were Scar Face and Fool's Rush In.
