Who as a break after 3 episodes?

This show is really getting on my nerves now.

And I use to look forward to it so much when it first started.
I like Russell Howard and Andy Parsons, but not every week.
 
I think this is the only episode I really felt was poor. I'm a fan of Milton so I'm glas he was there, but Chris Addison is someone I'm starting to grow tired of, Andi Osho is not funny at all, and Hugh still looks out of place, as much as I like him.

Stewart Francis and Ed Byrne are on next week, so hopefully this'll give the series a boost.
 
It's getting ridiculous that there's only three of them on the stand-up round. Maybe Hugh's not up to it, but it takes the piss that Andy and Russell aren't going up there.
 
I thought that was the best Frankie-less MTW I have seen so far, I even managed to laugh at Jack Whitehall, who I didn't find that funny on his last appearance. Although Jarred Christmas didn't get enough airtime by the looks of it, he seemed pretty good too.

Although the Dave jokes are getting a little tiresome now.
 
Good for a few rides with legs that thick.
Poor Hugh. Doesn't matter who's on, he still struggles to get a word in and looks miserable. But Stewart Francis hardly said anything and didn't seem to care.

MOTW no longer a must-see. Too predictable, too P-C. Lost its edge.
 
Maybe it was because I watched it in the early hours after a bottle of wine but I can't remember anything funny from that episode.
I could go as far as saying it was the worst episode ever.

I do remember one thing though. Seann Walsh reminRAB me of a crappy Steve Coogan character.

They are good in the standup rounRAB as you would expect.
They just don't contribute enough in the other rounRAB.
 
Russell Kane's Edinburgh show this year, Smokescreens and Castles, was exceptional. I don't know if he'd be any good on tv panel shows, but he is an excellent stand up.
 
I thought you could tell a lot from the standup round.

Osho did a routine about being Nigerian
Whitehall did a routine about being a comedian
Connelly did a routine about Subway/Fast Food shop.

Only one of those is observational and something that everyone could relate to. I realise it's not the point of the round but I think it illustrates how always banging on about one subject is going to alienate part of the audience.
