Mock The Week - Series 9, BBC2 Thursdays 10pm (Merged)

What was the twin joke again? I did watch the episode, honestly. Just can't remember much (any) of it. It didn't really make much of an impact.

I really liked it this week. normally i don't find jack whitehall funny, but he wasn't too bad, I thought. the south african guy had me in stitches.

It was a shame that he reverted to his character comedy routine. It works on the comedy store/standup because he comes on stage in character and builRAB it up but on this he went from normal panel guest into the character and I don't think it worked.

Between Howard and Kane, Howard makes me laugh. I've never got Kane whenever I've seen him. He just comes across as being too cocky and that if you don't laugh then you're somehow beneath him, and I don't like comedians like that.

Isnt it Adam Hills who does that? :)
John Bishop and Stewart Francis are both good. Stephen K Amos was quite funny when I saw him on Apollo. Gina Yashere is not funny imo.

Ah yes, I remember now. Funnier to see the reactions of the panel though, although if I was being cynical it could be said they over-emphasised their shock and amazement.

Andy has done it a few times where he's walked up to the mic, looked around then walked back without saying anything.

Un-PC I know but it made me hoot with laughter! :D

Loved Miles Jupp - he was good on Comedy RoaRABhow last week too!

Hugh Dennis disappointed me a bit and Jack Whitehall ... at first I thought he was p****d??? ;)

Ah, she's from Bolton. I thought I thought I recognised the accent. She was quite good, although like a lot of people on their first showing she seemed a bit reluctant.
