Well, at least we have Code Geass: R2 to hold us down, though unlike in Japan when this happened, Season 2 isn't coming on right after its done. (Though after the cliffhanger ending of both Geass and Gundam, I was just about ready to burst)
Hey, the Clip Show actually dropped some plot points!
-So only 5 Solar engines should exist. So where did Trinity get theirs?
-So Celestial Being does have oversight. But its even less effective than the UN because to act, they all have to agree to the same thing.
-At least the Observers have enough sense to question wither or not if their operatives are stable enough to even use. Too bad about their ineffective veto system. Although, it feels that its more or less a plot device to explain why half the cast hasn't been fired yet.
I also got that vibe myself. Although,the closest SEELE ever got to artistic avatars were the monoliths from 2001. And SEELE was actually more effective than the Observers.
That was the best part of the episode! SHE LIVES!

But seriously, Sumeragi really neeRAB some advice on fashion. Her clothing just gives too much emphasis on her cleavage. The colors are often ill suited, and the fabric, oh don't get me on the fabric.
Maybe if she sought some fashion advice from Wang, Marina, or Feldt. They seem to have a much better eye for this sort of thing.

Despite Trinity being a clip show, it's just one of my favorites. But not for a logical reason, but because I'm a crazy fan.
Up to this point, the only problem I had with 00 was the lack of a Fllay Clone. Seed Destiny had started it with Meyrin Hawke. And to some extent, Lunamaria seemed to inherited Fllay's fashion sense. I had hoped it would become a new tradition in Gundam. But alas, 00 seemed to quell this dream./
But my problems were soon gone when Nena appeared on the scene. It ensured that the Fllay Clone was indeed a tradition! ^_^
Speaking of which:

Give it time HC, we're still very wary of this show, it has some things that differentiates itself from Wing, but nothing really all too showcasey about it to get anything yet out of it. Once the plot starts and moving and we know all these tertiary characters apart from the Meisters, we can discuss things a bit further.
