things. You end up with an omelet like a flattened
jelly roll. Then you cut it into slices about
1/4 inch thick for serving. The nori is really
just a decorative accent, because it's mostly egg.
If I ask about it, she'll probably give me the pan
and spatula. That's how I got my daikon shredder,
mortar-and-pestle, and manual meat grinder. She
just turned 83, so she doesn't cook as much as she
used to.
