What exactly do MIDI cables do? My mom told me that it connects the keyboard to the PC, but what good is that? I have a CASIO keyboard and I'm trying to learn a new, hard song. I can't read music notes, so I make use of my Keyboards song bank, which plays the song for me and shows me which keys to hit. Sadly, it does not have the song I want to learn on there. My mom told me that I couuld possibly download the song off the internet somehow with this MIDI cable? Any truth to this?
