Oh, so now you are saying you can guarantee that you would be able to avoid all baseball sized rocks thrown at you by multiple people at the same time?

Were you on your highschools dodgeball team? Please, let us test this assertion of yours, I am sure we can find five people in this thread willing to throw rocks at you for science.

I think the teenagers in this incident need to rethink their hobbies if they view throwing rocks at border patrol agents, as they illegally cross an international border, as some kind of school yard game. I wouldn't count them amongst the highest IQ'ed individuals I've witnessed in action.

I'd like you to riddle me this though, next time you see a cop, even if it were a simple traffic stop for speeding, get out of your vehicle and start chucking rocks at him. If he draws his firearm on you, just keep tossing those rocks at him, I mean, they are only rocks after all, no one has ever been hurt or killed from a rock being thrown, right?

If you aren't shot, I would be surprised.

Good for you. I think it's the shooting part you were trying to justify, and that isn't supported by the situation.
 
You know that does not matter. What matters is that the US BP and cops killed 12 illegals crossing the border in 2009 and thus far 17 this year. THAT is the problem, those breaking the law getting killed. If they kill or hurt US citizens then it's our fault anyway.

Stay the fuck in your own country or enter ours LEGALLY. Either way, don't assault our law enforcement and you won't get shot.

I used to be pretty good at throwing stuff. I could probably hit a person enough to damage them with ease.

Unless of course he was wearing riot squad gear like every other boarder patrol officer
 
Border Agents are not permitted to follow illegals back across the border. They have to stop, which this guy did.

Since that punk kid sat just on the other side of the border, knowing the agent couldn't chase him, he sat there and threw deadly weapons at him.

The dumb fuck was too stupid to realize that if the agents life was in danger (from those deadly weapons being thrown at him), that he could defend himself with deadly force ... and he did, and as a result, there is one less dumb fuck, criminal in Mexico today.

That video shows that the agent followed department procedures about not following illegals across the border, it also pretty much shows that he defended himself when he was attacked.
 
He was 15 so he knew what he was doing.
He was shot once in the head, not twice
He was a known smuggler with a rap sheet because he was arrested before for smuggling drugs into the US and then deported numerous times.
He was throwing shit at an LEO who was detaining his partner in crime.
