not every fucking rock, just baseball sized rocks.

the retarded arguments don't take into account that the dead kid might not have thrown any rocks.

Sorry to spoil you kid killing frenzy.

Except you can't know if that is true. The kid who got killed was hiding at the time and may not have thrown rocks. Never make assumptions when it comes to murder, especially of unarmed children.

Little fucker got what he deserved. One less illegal immigrant thats gonna suck up our resources

video analysis:

Tough call: you got one bike officer trying to handle multiple kids. The "rocks" are tiny pieces of concrete. Not a real threat to the helmet. The two kids who made it back to mexico were distracting him to free their friend who he had on the ground already. They don't really want to hit their friend with rocks, so that's basically a stand off. That would have been the end of it, but the officer went ahead and fired anyway; probably due to adrenaline and poor judgment imo.

Official mark_price verdict: excessive use of force when he could have waited--they don't seem to be alone (truck)--and just arrested the one kid who was basically a shield at that point.

you see it as going badly, i see it as a officer used whatever force was nescessary to protect and serve, just like he is supposed to

If I was on a bike, I would do what most conservative posters in DIACF end up doing.

Backpedaling.

Serious answer? I'd keep my fucking bicycle helmet on.

ahhh, you are going to go full retard on us now.

Can't just say "gee, I jumped the gun and made an opinion without the facts"

Now you're going to try and play it off by attempting to use semantics to backpedal.

Tell you what, keep the tricycle, you apparently aren't done with it.

I think we are noticing a trend there .... YOU'RE A FUCKING LIAR. I never said anything about ON A BRIDGE. Go back to third grade and learn English before you go taking me on little boy.

Considering there aren't enough border agents to cover the border ... what do you expect?

Besides, he was aware of hit situation. He wasn't seriously injured. He repelled criminals and solved at least part of the problem ... PERMANENTLY!

The article doesn't say a thing about being told to stop. In fact, it suggests quite the opposite.

I wonder what else you are assuming?

Why not five pounds? If we're making shit up, let's just give the kid a freakish right arm like a catapult.

By 14, I was well aware that it is in my best interest not to throw rocks at guys in uniforms with badges and guns, or cause any trouble at all when in any kind of security checkpoint.

And if you have a group of people throwing rocks at you while in the process of detaining 2 of them, your life does depend on you putting down them down.

You're right on the money. They did what they had to do in the situation. congrats on finally understanding.
