Yet, you have no problem telling us who the bad guys were in this instance, what should be done and how they BP agents should take up dodge ball to practice evasion of thrown rocks all the while insulting everyone calling them fucking morons.

After reading more into this, I support the Border Patrol's response to the situation as appropriate. Everyone feels sorry for the so-called victim a repeat drug smuggler on the FBI most wanted list. Lets be realistic, had he not engaged in an unlawful attack against US Border Agent, which could have maimed or kill the Agent, he would be alive today. His parents sobbing at the border, as consequence of his actions, is hallow at best. If they would have exercise the appropriate parental control and TAUGHT their son RESPECT of law, this tragic incident would not have occurred.
 
No way, because then we would need to equip agents with TOW missiles to appropriately respond.
