No no, it was the border with Mexico, where kids throw the massive, deadly projectiles often found lying on bridges.

context: there were a bunch of kids who all hate uniformed officers so they chucked rocks at them. What you do in that situation is turn your bike around and ride out of range.

And they can't kill them all so they execute one. If they stuck around to do that or chased them back over the border to kill a local kid in mexico, then the rocks were not their real concern, obviously.

Since he has a history of being a drug smuggler, then it's very likely that that was what he was doing yet again.
So yes, he very well could have been shot in the process of smuggling drugs into the us...AGAIN.


Since he has a history of smuggling things over and being deported, the whole "he was just playing with friends along the border" defense is null and void. He and his buddies were all the way over to the levee and trying to sneak through the fence when the BP rode up on them.

Yes I *KNOW* that a US Border Agent is issued a .40 pistol. It's the exact same pistol as what I carry, a Beretta 96D.

At present the US Border Patrol Agents are issued the Berretta 96D "Brigadier" pistol. It can contain as many as 12 rounds of ammunition (11 in the magazine and one in the chamber). The "96" is essentially an older Berretta model (the 92) with some modifications.

The 96D is a .40 S&W, unlike the 92, which is 9mm.

A baseball sized rock can cause serious damage to a persons skull, if someone wouldn't stop throwing rocks at me after I drew a gun and told them to stop, I don't see what would be so unreasonable about shooting them. The kid should have known better too, by 14 years old, if he didn't realize how fucking dumb of an idea it is to "play" on the border bridge in this political climate (which is what his dumb cunt of a mother was claiming he was doing rather than simply trying to jump the border) and throw rocks at uniformed armed BP agents, then thank god this retard won't be around to breed more idiot children. I feel about as sorry for this kid as I would for somebody who drowned by looking up with their mouth open during a rainstorm.
