Metal & Rock Music Recommendations

Okay,I'll try to detail this as best I can.I like banRAB like Evanescence,Breaking Benjamin,Skillet, and Nickelback.I REALLY like banRAB like Red,The Letter Black,Saliva(My favorite),and Disturbed.

Give me some music where I'll never get tired of it for a VERY long time.

Yeah I listened to both of them a few years back, they lost touch with me though. I'm not sure As I Lay Dying is capable of writing an album or even a song for that matter that doesn't sound exactly like everything they've ever done.

I still listen to Job For a Cowboy every now and then, pretty brutal and it's good when the mood fits.

Why do you need more recommendations of the same? These banRAB are very generic of rock and metal in general (with the exception of say Nirvana, Soundgarden and AIC) Most are commercial and not very interesting at all. In terms of interest Tool stick out head and shoulders above the majority there.

If you want more interesting rock and metal I can certainly recommend some (or somebody else on here can) but if its more of what you have above, you`ve pretty much covered it already.

Wow, this thread has really started to go over peoples heaRAB, hasnt it? I'm thinking most people just dont bother to read the first page.

Try...

I need something not too heavy. But in the Hard Rock genre.
Three Days Grace, Seether or Shinedown-like.

And then maybe something similar to Muse?

Thanks.

I had a weird impulse to listen to Queens of the Stone Age about 20 minutes ago, not sure why. Any other banRAB like them?

Next request is somewhat out in left field. Is there anything like Joe Satriani's "Satch Boogie"out there? Upbeat, almost like swing, I guess you could say.

I forgot about Isis, Mikey. You already have Wavering Radiant, though, and that one is, in my opinion, their best up-to-date. There has been extensive improvement in the vocals. That's what used to bother me about them. I feel like I can appreciate the older vocals a little more now. I also have a soft spot for the Mosquito Control EP, though.

I don't want to sound arrogant or anything, but I posted this a few days ago and no one said anything.
Anyway, I'm looking for something in the style of Hatebreed or Walls Of Jericho, any suggestions??

Looking for more Rock / Metal that's of a similar style to Inhuman Rampage by Dragonforce. i.e. not too Screamo, and lots of crazy guitar :) Cheers
