Me and my Persian girl, please ley me know if you have any idea about persian culture?

Ok! I am 34 and American, good job, educated and respectful. I just met a persian girl about a month ago at friend's BBQ. she is the most beautiful girl I have ever met. well educated, 2 MA, great job, ....
We just started talking and finally we exchanged our contacts and since then I have sent her messages, given her calls. Although she replied me and I think we had a good chemistry, but she move forward too slowly. I have to think 100 times if I want to tell her something that it wouldn't be wrong. She is not easy at all. All girls I met before were too open and we went too fast. I wonder if it is in her culture? She has PRIDE a lot and acts like a princess. and she is so traditional which I love. First it was interesting for me but now sometimes I think maybe she is playing with me and that pissed me off. Two days ago she saw me with one of friends at bar and saw I was dancing with a girl. She didn't tell me anything but it was obvious that she was jealous because she just did nod her head that means I am sorry for you, I was really happy that time, I did act too childish because I thought I want to know if she likes me or not.
and that worked, she called me today and said she wants us to have a closer relationship but I told her sorry you are too child for me!!!!
Now I am really mad at myself. I am sure she will not reply me -although I haven't tried-, but I just wonder if this Pride is in her culture? All Persian girls are not easy?
I really like her but I really don't know how to manage this relationship.

Please let me know if you have any idea about persian culture.

4.Yupe. They are proud and coy. U need to prove urself to them. It’s their nature.
 
Well Persian first, means Iranian..if you know that, when you date a Middle Eastern Person or Persian, yeah is totally different, because in Persian culture girls have pride and are strong, same as us the Arab girls.

How come you told her that she is to child for you? you really nuts. Mostly Persian girls took everything that you write or say it like truly word. Also why don't you try to apologize with her? sounds good if you apologize, then you will give her time to think about if she wants you or not. There is nothing wrong of dating a person non-American specially if is Persian like her. Persian culture is hard to understand..you must google it and then you can check different websites about Modern Persian culture.

You must read and ask about it..when you met someone interesting from other culture you should give a try and by yourself you will discover little by little the enchant of her personality..so be patient..as I told you before go to google or the Library and ask about the culture, the traditions then you will take the decision, but first apologize with her with some flowers or a nice dinner, if she sees that you are kind and gentle, but strong and decided then she will continue with you.
