may have a wiring problem!?

i have a two amp system, when i cut my car off my speakers and my sub pop. it pop really loud. i changed the ground on my radio. also, when i have the car on or off it makes this awful sound its indescribable. i have a hifonics bruits 1600 and 2 kicker cvrs, on my highs i have an alpine v12, and i have all yellow cone speakers.
 
Sounds like a bad ground. It may not be limited to the ground wiring of the amp or radio. It could be a bad ground circuit inside the amp or radio at the RCA jacks or it could be bad RCA cables also.
