mass media and risk perception?

i want to know about the perceptions that people take by media. and want to get a guide line about the topic and objectives of the study.actually i m working in a thesis on this topic and please guide me m pu student in lahore pakistan
 
I'm not what exactly sure what your asking for, but usually the average person just takes what they get from the media as the truth without analysis. Through influence they accomplish change in opinion and behavior leading to societal change. Their outlook changes because they are told it is wrong.
