Marrying outside your culture but don't like it ?

If you are seriously dating or considering marrying outside your race/culture - should you like or enjoy the other person background ?

If you don't like your s/o 's cultural heritage and background - you are not interested, you think it's weird and don't want any part of it - will this cause problems ?

The other person may have the same to deal with, if they are worth it you have to try.

People are able to adapt to new cultures that is why we travel. It's our friends and family members who sometimes have the most trouble accepting our choices. I have known many people who have married into another culture or race, this was not a problem for them. Adjustments and learning about their differences was an on going experience. Both need to be willing to learn new ideas this shouldn't be one sided.

Major differences in religion might cause more of an issue than anything else.

Yes you should accept and support everything about him. What anyones you a little today will aggravate you beyond reasons in the future.
