Married, Single, Other

Is it just me or did anyone else think this show was just a poor mans cold feet. To me, it felt typical of the rubbish ITV seems to put out almost constantly these days. I watched the first few episodes but just couldn't really get into it!!

I really enjoyed it, after catching up with Heroes and Lost before it, it was nice to watch something light and a bit fluffy. It made me laugh and was quite touching in parts. I actually thought Ralph Little played the part well and I have a soft spot for Dean Lennox Kelly anyway so he could do no wrong. ;)

Yeah, what we need is more cop drama's because they're so unpredictable aren't they? TV has been crying out for something approaching Cold Feet or 30-Something, instead we get crime drama's shovelled at us or costume drama's by the dozen, because they're so very apt for today's modern society aren't they?

Contemporary drama needn't be Chekhov either, it can cover serious topics and use humour as well. For once ITV are to be praised for doing something populist that doesn't involve crime or costumes.

I think it has potential and deserves from (rare) praise to ITV for finally putting something with broad appeal on that includes men and women.

I really wasn't sure about this before it started but imo Married Single Other has been amazingly good.

The cast is brilliant, Amanda, Lucy and Shaun in particular.

Lucy last night had me and my fiancee in tears, she was wonderful.

It's a shame Lucy won't be around for a second series if they do one.

Loved Gina Yahere's line about "being careful with them flaps!"

I quite enjoyed it. It was horribly formulaic, as if they had clicked the "create British relationship comedy/drama" option in the ITVDramaWriter program, and it did feel like I was being emotionally bullied by the script, but it was pleasing all the same.

Brilliant TV only comes along once in a blue moon. Most of the time I settle for "quite nice".

I dont mind this show - to me its time pass show

I like Dickie lol, i think him and Abby talk more then what Clint and her have been doing lol

They probably skipped the 'telling the family' part because there's not a lot you can do with that which hasn't been seen before (sad children, angry shouting, sympathy and crying etc)

BTW as a southerner, can I ask which of the characters has an authentic LeeRAB accent - if any of them?

Question about the teens: did they get it together, or not? It's just that the lad was lying there with a great big smile on his face, and I thought, Have I missed something?

I'm really enjoying the programme and it's refreshing to have something that's a bit different on at the moment. The TV schedules are pretty terrible at the moment.

I cried my eyes out at last night's episode and I knew that it was coming.
