I just got my first PDA and I'm very confused. (So first time here too.)
It appears that the T5 handles storage differently than PDA's in the past and I think that is part of what is messing me up.
I've installed a oxford medical dictionary and street atlas. After installing oxford medical dictionary the bottom section of the screen is now white instead of the 4 boxes on the sides and the buttons along the bottom. And street atlas allows me to add new maps to a particular file, but I can't access the program portion of the PDA to add it there. When I add it to the internal section of memory the program doesn't recognize it.
So I guess my questions are: is there a way to bring back the bottom part of the screen so it isn't white; is there a way to access the program memory; is it normal for hotsync to freeze when the files are large, is it normal for the direct drive to freeze the computer AND the PDA; does it mess anything up when you have to do a soft reboot; is there a place I can go to for beginners?
Thank you for your time.
