My favorite couple is Juliet and Mark even tho they don't get together I loved their storyline :sigh: (the poor guy in love with his best friend's gf )
 
Agreed. Although, wasn't she wearing a fat suit for this movie? I guess they tried to make her look more homely...didn't really do that much. :)

Alan Rickman was at my university last spring because he was in town for Roger Ebert's film festival. My sister's roommate even met him at the Union and got his autograph and a picture. I was so jealous. :)
 
I absolutely LOVE this movie It's gotta be on of my top ten of all time, I could watch it forever. I love the theme music, it's so beautiful. My favorite storyline is of Mark and Juliet, because it reminds me quite a bit of myself. That scene where she comes to his apartment and watches the video, and he leaves, all to the beautiful voice of dido, is haunting, that's the point when I always cry :cry: but the scene I loove is when he comes to her door with the signs and the music, so tragic! i love grand gestures lol. :love::love:

she was graet as cheated wife... the way i see it they kindda left that situation open... but i think that after the school play they were just in the bigining of wondering what to do about it...

agreed! Emma is amazing in this movie, IMO maybe the best actress in LA that scene is so heartbreaking :cry:

I have a question do harry ( alan rickman ) and karen ( emma thompson who btw was awesome as the betrayed wife) end up together? after she discovered he bought something for Mia they kind of split
and btw Natalie wasn't fat at all :lol: she was just curvy
