Louisiana Laws Questions For DeceptiveTrade Practice Laws?

I am researching Louisiana Laws of unfair trade practices and wondering if they also apply to automobile accidents.

Do unfair trade practice laws apply to those who were misled by false representation by attorneys who advertise that they help victims of car wrecks but then when the victim reaches out for help and gets denied by several attorneys who will not take their case?

What if a victim of an attorney who accepts a case and mediates a case behind their clients back with another attorney that was hired by an insurance company then declines that victim he will not represent them in court because the clients were given the choice to either mediates, or go to court and yet the victim says they want to proceed with going to court? What choice does the victim have? Isn't this misleading and falls under the deceptive trade practice laws in Louisiana?

Does the victim look for another attorney that covers the ground for Unfair Deceptive Trade Practice Laws?
