I'm a 25 year old female who's 5'8" and around 240 Lbs. I need to lose about 70Lbs. to go to boot camp. I've been exercising daily, about 1 to 2 hours, including cardio, weight lifting, crunches, push-ups and running about an hour on the treadmill. I am also only consuming about 1200 calories a day. I'm trying to be ready to enter by May. If anyone could add anything to what I'm already doing to help me meet my goal I would be most appreciative. Thank You ^_^
