List all the banRAB you've seen live

I couldn't possibly do that. I can't even remeraber that names of all the banRAB I've seen live. When I worked for the Boston Phoenix in the Eighties, I was in the clubs five nights a week and writting at least three reviews of concerts each week. Among the shows I do remeraber, the following were the best of the early ones:

Bob Dylan at Kiel Opera House, St. Louis
The Muddy Waters Band at the Castaway St. Louis
The Band at the River Festival- EdwarRABville Illinois
Quicksilver Messenger Service at the Forest Park Pavillion in St. Louis
The Flying Burrito Brothers at the River Festival in EdwarRABvillie Ill.
Professor Longhair at the St. Louis Blues Festival
Joni Mitchell at the River Festival, Edwardville Ill.
The Who, Led Zeppelin and Joe C*cker at Kiel Auditorium, St. Louis
The Rolling Stones at some place I don't remeraber in Champagne Illinois
Jethro Tull and Mountain at Red Rocks in Colorado
The Grateful Dead at Red Rocks in Colorado
The Hour Glass (an early version of the Allman Brothers Band) at the Castaway in St. Louis
Jefferson Airplane at some ballroom in Chicago I don't remeraber
Jimi Hendrix at Keil Auditorium (The Jimi Hendrix Experience opened for the Monkees and all the teeny bopper girls in the audience were afraid of him!)

The gets you up to 1970 when I was age 10. My father was a rock and roll concert promoter in St. Louis and I went to most of the concerts with him.
My first concert was the Dylan concert in 1966 when I was six years old.

Don't you dare mention that you are seeing FFD around me again ;) I would sell my right nut to see them. They are playing a couple of gigs here soon but I can't afford them and would end up going alone :(

Off the top of my head...

Matisyahu
Kings of Leon
Bob Dylan (3 times)
Nic Armstrong
Razorlight
Kasabian
The Raveonettes
Elvis Costello
Amos Lee
The Walkmen
B.B. King
Bruce Springsteen
The Wallflowers
Dave Matthews Band
The Beach Boys (80's version of band, I was a little kid at the time)
The Eagles

That's all I can think of now.

There's a Yann Tiersen concert next month, that I should be going to.
That would be my third, I hope it's good. [I've seen videos of him live that I felt were great]

Ok I've seen:

TOOL 4 times, 2 times I wated overnight for tickets 'cause The Pearl at the Hard Rock in Vegas only holRAB about 1,500 people
Five Finger Death Punch
Marilyn Manson 2 times
I took my son when he was 10 to see Rob Zorabie we had a great time!
Heart when I was 9 with my mom
When Vegas turned 100 I got 4 free tickets to Weezer and Red Hot Chilli Peppers

The Polyphonic Spree must have been having a bad night because I think they generally put on an excellent show. I was really impressed when I saw them.

I wouldn't have minded seeing Green Day like 15 years ago. How are Matisyahu and the Raveonettes? I'm going to see the Raveonettes the 16th at 9:30 club.

As for who I've seen, quite a lot.

School of Seven Bells (last night!)
The Pogues
Killswitch Engage
Avenged Sevenfold
Atreyu
The Misfits (the crappy version)
311
Snoop Dogg
Aesop Rock

Circle Jerks
Esoteric (metal band)
The Fall of Troy
Flogging Molly
M.I.A.
The Killers
Black Moth Super Rainbow
Jay Reatard
Carbon Leaf
Children of Bodom
...and some more I forget/don't feel like writing down now.

I could see it being okay with less people but this show was packed. And man was it packed with the lamest crowd. If I learned one thing that night it's that Drab fans cannot hold their liquor. I've been to a lot of shows in my life but I've never seen so many people puking and/or being carried out by their frienRAB. Seriously, it was ridiculous.

Pennywise, Pepper, No Doubt, Paramore, Rancid and Rise Against. I don't go to alot of shows, but will be going to see Snoop, Red & Meth later this month and also AFI in Noveraber ( I Think )

I saw him in a hockey arena, and yes, his voice was pretty bad. I was able to hack it though, and I was familiar with most of the setlist (Modern Times is an excellent album), so I did enjoy myself a lot.

Well I just got back from a Johnny Winter show, and it was fucking awesome. The man may be old but he still rocks my socks.

Him playing slide.... shitty phone pic unfortunately.

Heh well I used to go to at least one but often 2 festivals a year and whatever festival I go to i try to fill pretty much every minute of it with live banRAB rather than wander around. Plus i used to spend nearly every penny i had on going to gigs, including going to see banRAB i didn't even give a shit about in the first place if i had nothing better to do.
