Cyn- I agree, he should be more like he was when he was tutoring her in Italian, it's a different Milhouse than the one we are used to.

If the writers allowed Nelson to evolve, why can't they do the same for Milhouse? It's not like they need him to remain a dork - they've got Martin, Database, Ralph, etc.
