Hi, I want to add a recommendation for a friend who is an American living in the states. is the culture in USA such that it is best if I send him the recommendation through email and then ask him to "correct" it then update it in the website linkedin.com or should I put it in his profile in the site WITHOUT ASKING HIM TO REVIEW IT FIRST and take the risk it does more damage than good in case he does not like the recommendation for example or it does not really help him..?? THANKS.
