I assume this is because there is a massive voltage drop. I'm running a 800 watt rms amplifier to my subwoofer.

It's a 2002 Chevy Cavalier and I have not done any upgrades to the electrical system. I was wondering what order I should go about in upgrading it. Should I do the Big-3 upgrade, get a capacitor, upgrade alternator/battery, etc.

I'm just not sure on what the best order to do these things is. All help is appreciated

Bigger alternator and battery. What subwoofer do you have? American cars are lost on me but for that output you should have beasted up you battery first anyway

its most likely the battery doesnt have enough power for everything... Im not familiar w. the electric system tho

Here is what you want to do. Buy an Optima YELLOW Top battery! These batteries are cell-style batteries, and the yellow top is specifically made for having alot of electronics. Its higher support for deep cycling helps your car manage having a nice system and then some! I bought the optima red top for my car, which is the same thing, without the extensive deep cycling since I do not have a system. But these batteries have amazing crank power and will never let you down, trust me!
