Does that make the Ryan budget unconstitutional according to the GOP? Yes

It's a 44% spending cut in 2 years, that's extreme

The libertarian plan improves on it by removing income taxes, that ups it from a 44% cut to a 95% cut




It's pretty hard to argue against the text itself of the GOP and Rand Paul
