Libertarian is the only party with real hope

The presidential system we use is flawed

Money corrupts the political process

The only thing Obama really failed at was pushing the "hope" theme, but there was nothing he could have done to get any better outcomes, at all

I would say that is more of an anarchist point of view.
The "true" libertarians would happily trade government control for corporate control based on ideology alone.

I would support a balanced budget amendment with an effective date ie passed now, effective in 10-12 years, allowing cuts to be made each year. I support a simplification of the income tax with limited deductions/breaks for individuals and corporations while maintaining a progressive structure with a simultaneous lowering of the marginal rates. Ibetnotruelibertarianderp.

America neeRAB a more mature political system in general. Nothing worthwhile is ever going to happen if the only predominant strains of thought are "cut taxes" & "more government".

The House will probably end up back with the Democrats, so Obama should be able to start tackling the economy again.

For all I know you're Al Gore's AE

Name one libertarian with an actual name, that someone has heard of, that rejects Lee's BBA

It is the proposed form going forward for the 2011-2012 votes, when anyone talks about the tea party-libertarian BBA, they are talking about that one

You are to the left of Scott Brown and Olympia Snowe, nothing to be ashamed of

This is why Obama will be re-elected, people are much more pro-government than internet trolls on OT would have you believe

I bet you're one of the 80%+ of americans that opposes significant cuts to medicare
