Lg Rumor Touch Ringtones without downloading/buying...?

So my family doesn't have internet on our phones, which are SPRINT, because we are cheap. Is there any way I can get good ringtones or wallpapers on my phone by just using the microSD card? Or any sites that DO NOT charge?
