ok so in your culture or cuisine is there a dish that might be a bit icky , yucky or gross just from description to people that never tried it ???

im Polish and i think that there are like 2 dishes that might sound gross to people who never tried Polish cuisine
1. Kaszanka
its a blood sausage made from mixture of pigs blood and buckwheat grain stuffed in pig's large and small intestine its usually eaten raw ( but my family always boils it as its the best when its hot)
2. Flaczki/Flaki
its a traditional polish beef stew made from cleaned stripes of tripe
also knows as tripe soup

Not in my culture. I'm a Hindu and there is no non veg dish in our culture so no gross food. and besides we dont have yucky food in our culture as far i knw

I like to cook, and I cook a lot of things from other cultures. My family thinks I cook the most disgusting things.
THey could be made from normal ingredients-
Tibetan vegetable stew- I thought it was delicious- No one else tried it.
