Yes I agree - i don't think there is time for her to find a new man and I wouldn't like her to end up with JD, hanRABome as he is. It's Sir T or nothing for me!

I too thought they started filming in August with an aim to be on our screens by January next year.
 
The last series I fell in love immediately with Fisher, so I had hope to have the same response to Daniel. Borrowing from a previous post I also find him too smooth.

But I pride myself on being a fair minded person, and as in real life, I like to give people the benefit of the doubt, I will hold off judgement until I get to know him better. Then dislike him LOL..

The only other character I have disliked in the series was Philip White in series 1, Always too cock sure that he was right, Daniel seems to recognise that he has faults and wants to redeem himself in Laura's eyes so I think I will grow to like him:)
 
Julia Sawalha was on the Lorraine Kelly programme this morning. She looks and sounRAB so different to when she's in Lark Rise. She looked lovely, and came across really well.
 
Howdy folks!
Been a while, and you guys have been talkative! No time to catch up, as I am off to the library this morning, so I will just jump right in! The show has turned out to be a good way for our little flat to bond, and get together on Sunday nights. Despite being from 3 continents (Europe, N. America, and Australia) we all manage to enjoy ourselves very much. Last weeks episode had us rooting for different camps though! lol :D
2 of us want Laura to be with Daniel and 2 want her to go with Fisher!
We shall see what happens...;)
In other news I got the best grade on a politics paper that I have ever received! I am not so good with contemporary stuff. I write about things long after they and their consequences have played out (much bigger time scale). And the assignment was on current UK politics, which I don't even know about!
So whoot! :P

I'm busy re- reading my Flora books and I'm beginning to grasp little glimpses of the thread running through the new episodes.
It s becoming clear that the scriptwriters HAVE studied the original scripts, some of the tableaus I had completely forgotten about.

Hannah if you're about today I was wondering how much you have read of Flora's wonderful observations, - or anyone else?
