Lark Rise To Candleford Series 3

Hey everyone, this is totally random but today as i was waiting in my car just before class time at uni in belfast, i looked out my window and im am virtually 99% sure that Twister aka Karl Johnston was standing outside my car on his mobile.
Am i going absolutely mad or is this actually possible?

I know he was in a play in elmwood but i though it was on the move to omagh or is it back.

I was soo excited but my friend didnt believe me, so now i dont know what to think.

What on earth is Glee Kyrsten? Is it a sort of Glamorous Tea Party with drop scones, calf's foot ruby jelly and Victoria sponge with Earl Grey to drink. Is Dorcas coming?

i was just watching a press gang commentary where your complain about your squeaky voice
so maybe you speak in a hush tone because you are subconsciously are worried about your voice

(but i dont hear any squeaks)

Agree with you re Laura. It would be nice for Minnie to have some romance in her life. I would be happy for her and Alf to get together. Really bored of Laura falling in and out of love every other episode.

Exactly what I meant. Thank you for putting my thoughts into worRAB ;)

I think my problem is that I don't know where it's heading. It just IS... Everyone's in a status quo, no development and too much of a soap. Maybe it'll get there...

Daniel is looking for the Dibber family,
Laura says........with a straight face that's my Ma's name, she's Timmins now she married my Pa
OH REALLY LAURA..........SO WHEN YOU'RE GRANDPA VISITED LAST YEAR HIS NAME WASN'T EDMUND LANE IT WAS EDMUND DIBBER AND HIS BROTHER'S DAUGHTER IS REALLY CALLED DORCAS DIBBER:mad::mad::mad:

Oh, wow, this sounRAB like a GREAT episode!! And I wonder who this "very important visitor" is who might be Dorcas's saviour??? Very intriguing!!!

I watched all the episodes tonight of this series - and realised I missed the very first:(

No matter - I am enjoying it - BUT I've clearly not been paying attention because I'm confused - please help?

Last series Alf had the milkmaid as a sweetheart - where's she gone? I thought she'd have been at the house warming:confused:

And how long has Alf been looking after his siblings? When did that happen?

Other than that it's all good (well apart from Laura's new Beau not being particularly impressive and Twister gradually getting younger:D)

Just watched Series 1 Ep 6!!! :)

I love this episode, the theme is family and focusing on its importance. Dorcas - the post office family, Zillah - found by Dorcas' great grandfather and brought into the post office family, Polly - her family returning for her upon learning the importance of family. Its so lovely.

The definition of love poem in this episode is once of my favourites. The way Dorcas and Sir Tim reading the poem separately is captured on film is fantastic. The imagery is fantastic too as the lighting tenRAB to match the mood eg the scene where Sir Tim and Dorcas discuss Polly when he asks Miss Lane to take her in would have not had such dramatic effect had it taken place in day light!

:)

We don't get The Bill in Scotland anymore.......STV too tight to buy it..........not that I ever watched it, so I don't know why I'm bothered, but they don't buy other stuff too, like Doc Martin:mad::mad:

Bit like JD in Series 3 BR:D:D, wonder who will not be mentioned in Series 4..Ruby maybe......hope not, hope she's back, Pearl's missing her double act:D

:yawn::yawn:like i said, bedtime:sleep::sleep:

Thank you,

I missed the episodes with the first Sydney.... I'm still trying to figure out where he came from and how Dorcas ended up with him. I've missed quite a lot between the end of series 1 and the episode of two weeks ago....

this has been quite a slow week considering it was such a good episode

maybe we only have something to say when there is something to bitch about

two more days until fisher bloom :D
