laptop or car audio system?

I have money saved up, enough for a nice car stereo system, 2 subs head unit, the real deal. But i've come to a reasoning with myself because I'm going to college this summer, and I was thinking the funds would be better off used on a laptop.
I was going to get 2 Alpine Type R's with a Alpine 9887 deck, and an MRP-M1000 amp. big 3 upgrade and all 0 gauge used.
for the laptop I was looking at the Alienware M15X with the i7 and Windows 7. with a few bells and whistles. or a Dell Studio XPS with i7 yadda yadda.
PRICE IS NOT A FACTOR!

WHICH WOULD YOU ALL PREFER?
 
Dell XPS. You are paying more for a name of Alienware then with Dell. With Dell, you are going to get better support and parts will be cheaper if you need them. Some tests have shown that Alienware don't necessarily perform at the top of the class. Clevo is the maker of Alienware.
