I just started working at a korean owned company. They are very nice people and seem to like that I work hard. What is the best way to earn their respect? Also Wwhat is the best way to show them respect?
If I could learn to say please and thank you in korean would be a great help.
Thanks.

I usually think that only saying "please and thanks" in another language is obnoxious and insults them, just be courteous and keep working hard while respecting them and their decisions.

As far as I know you don't need to go out of your way to understand their culture, just keep working hard and be respectful towards them (how you would anyone else) and they will appreciate it.
