Know where I can find information on English dubbing and its improvements?

I'm looking for articles on English dubbing what has changed since it began, why, what still needs to improve and any current changes being made or talked about happening.

I'm doing this for a class ( i know but we got to choose the topic)

I need at least 3 min. sources ( reliable) and I'm having a hard time finding the information

you know where I can find them?
