Now i have to admit, Kill Bill will be memorable for me for many reasons.
It was the first film that i demanded to see, it was an 18 cert and i was 14 at the time. I hid behind the pop corn machine while my friend blagged a ticket to get in. The reward was more than worth it and it remains to be one of my most favorite films.
Now it seems the ball is effectively rolling on a possible 3rd and to say im a huge fan of these films, i have to admit im not exactly doing cart wheels.
The Matrix is mainly to blame for this, and i suppose the Star Wars prequels have a lot to do with it also. I'm sure most of you will be silently saying "what prequels?"- Unfortunately they did happen, and they managed to take a lot of the shine off a perfect set of movies.
To me, Beatrix drove off into the sun set at the end with her daughter, her revenge was won, she defeated Bill and that is how i view it. It was an amazing conclusion and i find it hard to embrace any other possible outcome.
So how does everyone else view this? Should QT leave well alone? Or should the Bride reek havoc once again?
