Kicker L7 dual 2ohm....SPL? whats the best amp to use?

i have a kicker L7 12" dual 2 ohm...which is the best bass amp to use to get its full SPL?

wats the expected SPL from these 12" L7?

i will b using this in a old model primera....i have a fren who is a good custom made box builder so he will build my box...

please give me some more advice and a average on how much SPL this sub will make
