kenwood car audio player problems?

i have a kenwood car cd player amd i was just driving and this thing came up flashing protect... i have pressed all the buttons on it and they do nothing... it doesnt matter what i do it just keeps flashing protect and i nt fiond the kenwood website... i dont think they have one... please help
