Kawasaki Quad 300 C not starting?

I have a 1999 kawasaki 300 C quad which isn't starting, the battery is fully charged but when i push the start button nothing happens at all.. I have tried using jump leads from my car to the battery and this lets it churn over but it will not fire.. i have taken the spark plug out and cleaned it but still no difference.. what could be wrong? the quad has not been started in 2 years

You say the batt is fully charged but it sounds to me like a bad batt. If it's been sitting two years odds are the batt is spent.
