kawasaki problems eletrical problems?

i was riding my quad up a big hill and all of a sudden smoke started coming from under the seat so i shut it off and roled it down the hill and tryed starting it and it started but the wires started to smoke again so i shut it off and when i got it home it would not start so i taped up all the brunt wire that were exposed and still nothing . and theres a certian wire that when i put it on the wire going to the negitive terminal it get all hot its a black and yellow wire it seems that there are some wires touching or somthing but i cant find it in all of the wire harness. i dont know nothing about eletrical please help thanks
 
You will need to cut out the burnt wires and splice in new ones one at a time being sure that they will not be pinched.
After wires have been properly replaced or insulated check and replace any fuses that blew out.
Never touch a hot wire to ground without having a electrical component in the circuit or it will fry the wire.
The battery may need to be charged or replaced .
