Hey everyone,

I recently bought myself a Kawasaki ZX6R 2008 from my local dealer. I got the bike purely to get to work and back and the odd ride on the weekend. However, after riding the bike for a couple of weeks I feel that It's not really the bike for me and that I should have chosen something more suitable for my riding.

I came across a Moto Guzzi V7 Classic the other day and fell in love. I am considering selling my Kawasaki ZX6R already to purchase the Moto Guzzi?

What do you think?

The guzzi is great, and Im sure much more comfortable. Be sure to think about service for the guzzi prior to buying. If you dont have a guzzi dealer, or mechanic close by it can be frustrating. I had a new Triumph and I had to drive two hours for a dealer service. Im not saying anything negative about the guzzi having mechanical problems because they are very reliable but it sure is handy to have the service department close by if needed.

I'd go for the Guzzi. It is a MUCH better all-around bike. You can tour, ride 2-up, and have some fun on the twisty roads. Also, it is easy to work on if you are slightly mechanically inclined, and bother to research. If you are already doubting your Ninja, then go ahead and switch it for something else.
I HIGHLY doubt that you will regret the purchase of the Guzzi in 5 years, while the Ninja will feel old at that point.

GOOD LUCK and safe riding!

i can tell u this...i tried 2 drive the guzzi and it's simpy awesome!!!!i am italian so......believe me!!!!

Kawasakis are great but they are more of a super bike.
for a smoother ride and a better feeling for you go with the guzzi.

good luck :)
