i wouldnt even think about it. Theyre slow and ur gonna wanna upgrade real soon.
Also 20,000 miles is a lot for an 06! you could buy a 2008 with like 1000 miles for 3000 or less. id go with an r6 if i were u. They arent too expensive like cbr's gsxr's and zx6r's. check em out on craigslist and then check out the specs. i think youll like wht you find

I say yes if it has not been beaten or dumped. Does it burn oil? Any dents? If no.. its worth it.

i dont think you will enjoy a 250 for very long. get at least a 500, because your going to be hating life after about 2 weeks of riding the 250. just speaking from experience is all
