ok so i just bought this 2007 kawasaki ZX6r and was riding it on the street, it got up to like 220 degrees, then i stopped and noticed is spit out some coolant...so i let it cool then rode it home and let it cool again, checked the radiator level and it was full??... is that bad or is the spilling normal cause of heating issues??... does a low idle speed over heat the engine faster than a higher idle speed? thanks
the fans are working fine.... they go on at 214 exactly

not normal, just like a car, your coolant might be bad,go flush sistem and fill with fresh fluid.
ck thermostat,and fans(if you have).
also ck fuses for fans.

could be too watery mix, causing boil-over. drain the fluid and spray a garden hose in the reservoir with the drain plug removed to rinse the lines then, fill it with a 50/50 mix anti-freeze/water.
